Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains the conditions for refunds for digital products, online courses, video lessons, audio materials, written materials, and other digital content purchased from Alex Bert LLP. By purchasing a digital product, the Customer agrees to this Refund Policy.

1. General Provisions

1.1. This Policy applies to digital products, including online courses, video lessons, audio materials, PDF files, templates, electronic books, and other downloadable or online-access materials.

1.2. Digital products are delivered electronically. Access may be provided by email, a personal account, a private link, or another online access method.

1.3. The Customer is responsible for providing a correct email address and checking Spam, Promotions, and other email folders after purchase.

2. 14-Day Refund Guarantee

Our policy: we offer a refund request window of 14 calendar days from the date of purchase. We want customers to feel confident when purchasing our digital products. To request a refund, simply write to alex.bert.coach@gmail.com.

2.1. A refund may be requested within 14 calendar days from the purchase date, unless a specific product page states different refund conditions.

2.2. The Provider may ask for basic order information to identify the purchase and process the request correctly.

2.3. After a refund is issued, access to the purchased product may be permanently disabled.

3. Digital Content and Access

3.1. Because digital products are intangible and access is usually delivered immediately, the Provider reserves the right to evaluate refund requests individually.

3.2. Refunds may be refused if there is evidence of abuse, fraud, unauthorized distribution of materials, chargeback abuse, or violation of the Terms of Service.

3.3. Sharing, reselling, copying, recording, publishing, or distributing course materials after a refund request is strictly prohibited and may violate intellectual property rights.

4. Technical Issues

4.1. If the Customer experiences a technical problem, such as not receiving access, being unable to open a file, or encountering a broken access link, the Customer should contact support first.

4.2. The Provider will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue, including resending access, correcting a link, restoring account access, or providing an alternative access method.

4.3. If the technical issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable time, the Customer may request a refund.

6. Review and Payment of Refunds

6.1. Refund requests are reviewed within up to 14 calendar days after receipt.

6.2. If approved, the refund is normally issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

6.3. The actual time for funds to appear in the Customer’s account depends on the bank, card issuer, or payment processor and usually takes 3–7 business days after the refund is processed.

6.4. Currency conversion differences, bank fees, and third-party payment system fees may not be controlled by the Provider.
